Title: Pricing Question
Post by: rumrunner on April 28, 2006, 01:42:53 PM
Hello

I am interested in a Suzuki Samurai LWB and have attached a pic.  It has a nice custom paint job, and has 140,000 kms on it.  Going to look at it tommorrow, however all accounts so far lead me to believe it is in good shape.

Asking price is $1800.00 Canadian, do you thhink it is worth it?

Also, what should I look for when checking it out?

Thanks
Rumrunner

Take it! Take it! Pretty good price, looks not too bad of shape for those amount of miles. The only way to know for sure though is to drive it.

edit: Things to check out. Frame. Bad twists, deep rust, this could seriously affect your wheeling possibilities. Pop the hood while its running, engines talk...

Where do you live rumrunner? I've inquired about that samurai before, it's local to me, he was asking more at the time, so I didn't bother to go look at it. Don't worry, I'm not looking for one anymore  ;) I think it's a good price, they're rare in the area, even in junkyards.
