Title: Suzuki Concept Swift!

Whereas the Concept S featured a 1597 4 cylinder engine, which was mated to a permanent four wheel drive via a 6 speed gearbox, the new Swift will initially be available with the 1.3 litre or 1.5 litre petrol engines, and a 1.3 litre DDiS diesel engine.  The current choice of transmissions include a 5 ratio manual gearbox, and a four speed automatic).  Currently the Swift is available in 5 door form whereas the Concept-S was a 3 door hatchback.

On the road price : £7,799

top speed : 109 mph

combined mpg : 45.6 mpg



Suzuki Swift 1.3GLX (manual)
On the road price : £8,999

0-62 mph : 10 seconds

top speed : 115 mph

combined mpg : 43.5 mpg



Suzuki Swift 1.3GLX (automatic)
On the road price : £9,824

0-62 mph : 11.7 seconds

top speed : 112 mph

combined mpg : 40.9 mpg

Damn!   Id buy that in a heartbeat!   Reminds me of a Renault Clio.   SO theyre planning to bring it to the states or what?!

The rear 3/4 view looks like a Nissan Murano. Suzuki can do better.
