Title: How do different model year Trackers/Sidekicks 1.6 16 valve engines differ.

I'm getting ready to replace my 1995 Tracker engine.As i look at websites that sell rebuilt engines they ask for specific year of the vehicle.What are the differences in the 1.6 16 valve from year to year.Is one better then the other.Are they interchangeable from year to year.

I think the 1st 16V engines were OBD1
and don't have the crank sensor, your 95
does have it if I'm not mistaken, and as
far as I know, that's the big difference.
