Has anyone ever tried using tracker a/c compresser for on board air.

I'm using one right now and it pumps well. I can fill my 34" tire from flat in under a minute at 2000 rpm

Can you give any details on what parts and fittings you used. Also what size tank do you have. Will it run air tools.

If you look on this site http://ackerdackerly.com/faq/index.html there is a really good article on building a system. It's for a Sami but the idea is pretty much the same. I have about a 2 gal tank but I'm not happy with the oiler and seperator that I'm using so I need to upgrade them or possibly relocate them away from the heat. The pump itself works very well though. :)
