Title: spoa lift w blocks?

can i put 2" blocks with my spoa on my sammy?

That would cause lots of possible axle wrap on the rear axle, and is HIGHLY ILLEGAL when used on the front axle.

i don't think i have ever seen a sammy using a lift block(well there was one with about 15" lift blocks, but thats another story)  most people find it just as esy to install YJ springs for more lift.  or even a lifted shackle is better then a block.

that would not be smart  better to put longer shackles on much safer ;)

I saw a Sammy on lowering blocks once...

But I agree with everyone else, skip the lift blocks completely.  Go with CJ or YJ springs instead if you want some extra height.

Why? if you need more clearance on the front for tyres (the usual problem) then moving the axle forward an inch or so is a better solution.
