will a 1.6 engine kit work with a mazda or honda 1.6 or just a tracker engine?
-
I am sure the motor mounts wireing etc.... is different for the Mazda and Hondas.

I'm sure Zig is correct, also most Honda engines turn in the opposite direction.
-
Can't use Honda - they rotate the wrong way. There's kits out there for VW though (regular gas AND diesel).

not a good idea if your state has emissions, it wont pass >:(

The newer honda's '04+ i think rotate the right direction but you would have a lot of wiring to do.

There is a guy local to me who has a 2 wheel drive tracker with an rx7 engine and tranny in it, he has it listed for sale a lot, and he wants big $$$ for it. Also has a really lousy attitude about it as well.....

How about a V6 from a Nissan Frontier? Didn't some of them come with a factory supercharger good for around 200 hp? I think that would be a pretty nice engine for a Side Track.
