I've seen them on jeeps, but not on a samurai or sidekick.  I'm sure they'd work, but these little engines only need glasspacks or similar to run just fine and muffle the sound.

PM Mikerpm4x4 and ask him, his website says he uses a supertrapp on his rig.

The supertrap has an internal baffle and you can run one with an open end. They sell the endcap seperately for competition use but I would think that you would have to have some discs fitted to act as a spark arrestor.

I've used a few of 'em on bikes before, would'nt do it again. The discs get clogged with carbon and dirt, need to be cleaned regularly, and to get it to breathe good you need a lot of discs.

The exhaust I have on my Honda has a nice clean tone.  Too many kids are throwing way too big and cheap mufflers on their imports that sound like crap specially Neons and Cavaliers.  But if done right the exhaust system on a Honda can sound nice and powerful.

Check our video vault for some sights and sounds of Suzuki. Mike used to use a supertrapp, back when his rig was black, now he has a 'special' creation. Chunk used to have a supertrapp exhaust too. So, look at some of the older videos of those two for inspiration.
