I would say YES.
I bought a SideKick at 112000 miles and I'm replacing water pump, belt tensioner, and timing belt. Its cheap insurance to avoid  future problems.
A good rule of thumb with timing belts (my 2 cents) Is:
If you don't know when, do it soon.

Whats the interval in the book for the timing belt?

My 98 is pushing 140 kms, that's what, 90k miles?

I think the owners manual says 60,000 miles.
