Unless someone has modified it, it should have the stock gear ratios (2.268 to 1). You can find most of the specs on the Samurai at Zuwharrie.com. Go to Ack's FAQ ( the link is in my signature) and do a search for specs for that and other useful links on the subject.
The "manual" way to check the 4-low ratio is to raise a rear tire off the ground, put the t-case into 4-low, put the transmission in Neutral, mark the input flange and either output flange with white-out or a grease pen and then rotate the raised wheel. Have someone(s) count the revolutions of the output compared to one rotation of the input shaft to determine if the t-case has aftermarket gears and what the new ratio is.
