Compressor, belt, new pulley for crank case, bracket, condensor, a/c box that goes under the dash, a/c button, wire harness, probably some kinda fan that kicks on when AC's on, piping.... Then you have to find a shop that will charge it for you.

Here is a list off the top of my head:
compressor
mounting bracket
two groove crank pulley
A/C lines (in good shape with fresh o-rings)
desssicant filter (the thing with the site glass in it)
AC computer (yep, there is one!)
A/C condensor box (inside under the dash)
A/C heat exchanger radiator (in front of the engine radiator) with mounting hardware
Wiring harness
A/C switch panel on the interior heater controls
R-12 refrigerant (good luck getting that!)
Compressor oil
someone with a vacuum pump and an A/C gage set
Sounds like fun, don't it???
Occasionally, Sean Devinney offers a complete A/C system at his site http://members.cox.net/aftermarket4x4/, so check it out if you are still serious about this project.

don't let these guy scare you .. it's not that bad. if you have patience and mechanical abilitys tou can acomplish this project...if i was closer i'd give you a hand. and we could probably put it all in over a week end. as for the r-12 ,, it can be supplemented with r -134a not a biggie, just have to change the charge connections to a shrader style....

The installation is very easy and there is not many vehicles that make it simpler. Here is a pic of what a typical Track/Kick A/C system looks like:

I was looking for some other info today and noticed that http://www.suzukiinfo.com has an a/c installation guide. Its for a 92 sammy but I expect its pretty similar in complexity.

It's really easy to do, but takes time - there's lots of bits. If you're a "noob" it should take you a 1/2 day to pull the kit out |removethispart|@ a junkyard - and a weekend to install. Do yourself a favor and have a "professional" shop do the first charging.
They have complete used kits on ebay for $400 / $500, or brand new kits for $1000 online. I suggest pulling the kit yourself and labeling EVERYTHING, and taking lots of pics OR getting a new kit. If you buy a used kit - you won't know how to put it in.
