OK, Does anyone know the rolling circumference of the tires that came stock on an '86 Samurai? Please email me your wisdom at ea|removethispart|@inter-tax.net

Try a search for tire at Acks' FAQ (see link in signature). There you will find the Miata.net Tire Size Calculator where you can plug in the sidewall values of your Samurai's tires and get the circumference. Naturally, if there is any treadwear on the tires, the circumference will be slightly less.
A more accurate way to determine the actual diference between the speedometer and actual speed of any vehicle is to use a GPS receiver. Most GPS receivers have a speed and odometer mode that are very accurate over a measuring distance greater than a mile or two.
Hope this helps!
BTW, in this world of spam, phishing and other internet crime, folks tend to get a bit freaked at forum posts asking for a response to an email address. Thought might want to know... ;D
