The exhaust is 2 inch off the cat. Thats where you should start. If the muffler is out then the rest of the pipe is probabally on the way out. Besides the pipe behind the muffler is tiny.

I have a 2 1/2 inch magna flow exhuast on mine. IT cost me three hundred bucks for a cat back exhaust installed ,at my local muffler shop. The sound is so much better now plus the top end power feels better.

i had my local exhaust shop run 2'' piping and a 18'' glasspack for $70 and it sounds pretty good and not annoyingly loud.

I just bought a 40$$ dynomax turbo muffler and welded it myself, it has a nice throaty V8 sound and was cheap.
