Title: anyone use a inclinemeter
Post by: delriowil on July 27, 2006, 05:18:14 PM
On a recent trip to the deer lease I was wondering about the angle and tilt of the Zuki. Does anybody use this and where can I buy one.

I have one, haven't paid it any attention for a long time.  You'll find that your suzuki will lean way farther then the inclinometer will read both sideways and forwards/backwards.  I was thinking like you, in that I could pay attention to it and figure out my vehicles limitations.  Waste of money in my opionion.  You could purchase one at most autoparts stores, or any rv dealership as people put them on thier rv's to level them out.

Pretty much any place like 4x4 Parts that sells things to bolt onto jeeps has them.

There're cheap.

To add some excitement to your passengers lives, tape one to the dash and tell them that suzukis go belly up at 23.5 degrees.

Remember to check it just before you roll so you where  to stop next time.

Thanks for the input guys. I was not to much worried about the Zuki ,but I have a Polaris Ranger also and I was more worried about it. My father in law stand is up on a hill and it is steep..

Go to eBay.com and do a search for "Inclinometer" (note the correct spelling).
