Title: Door hinges

Can anyone offer ideas on how to get the door hinge screws out, i want to install s.s. hinges and move my mirriors to the front hinge so i can take my doors off and still have mirriors.

i ground the heads off then the stud just unscrews.... then i cut the top over lapping part of the hinge off and cut half of the pin off and now i can take my doors off with no problem.

you cut the philips head off the door hinge screw ? how did you get behind the head ?

take a big tip screw driver and but itin the screw then hit the screw driver with hammer free up all the corrosion and they should spin out.

YEA I TRIED THAT, I USED A IMPACT DRIVER, AND A AIR GUN, BROKE THE TIP.
