i put a 3 inch lift on my 88 samurai and cant find sway bar links.
-
Sammy's have sway bars?
-
it mounts on the studs that stick out of the u bolt plates on the bottom of the axle. it bolts solid to the axles and has two brackets that conect to a cross member under the radiator.
-
whats a sway bar?
-
it is a u shaped bar that links one side to the other so when you are driving on the road around corners it tries to cancle out body roll to make it more stable in corners and makes handleing better.

Sway Bar = :-X

Why would you want an "Anti-Articulation Bar"???
-
mine doesn't lean that much anyway without it. doen't flex either. i can't even imagine how bad it would be like with an "anti articulation bar"
-
It was on there and i do a lot of road cruzin and it was on there so i thought that i needed it. i was gonna make some quick disconnects new links. it worries me driving without one. do you guys think they are stiff enough with out them.

1st thing I did on all my sammies was toss the "sway bar". no worries man, it makes little differance on road.

I have my brothers Sammy over in my driveway, and it does have a Sway Bar. Sometimes I forget the differences between the 410 and 413 models. :)
