what is the redline for a 1.3?

should be 6000 rpm, but i'v seen them hit 9000

so 6000 is the start of the redline? and it goes to 9000?

It would depend a great deal as to how good your motor is. Nine grand is alot to expect and still keep it together.

You're also going to be way past peak power, it would probably go a lot faster if you changed up.

a stock 1.3 will float the valve springs LONG before 9000, this i know as fact. Ive reved my 1.3's guts out and have never seen it go over 7200 or 7300 before the valves float, which works well as a rev limiter by the way. Now going down hill while in gear then im sure you can get it up to 9000 and all the way too BANG !
