Title: How do you get the guage cluster out?

Is it like the older Trackers/Sidekicks?  Remove the panel under the steering column and then the 2 visible screws and the 2 previously hidden ones to pull the guage cluster out?

If I remember right....

  There are two screws under the rubber flap on top of the steering column then two or four after that.

I have to do it soon cause my white gauges are not wanting to stay on very bright.
