Title: first time Sammi!!!
Post by: real_red_wagon on January 28, 2005, 05:57:38 AM
Tommorrow I'm going down to pick up my first sammi, an '87 tin top from Toyedzuk. I'm going to be using this as my daily driver/maybe a trail once and a while rig ;D
The tyres that are on it are shot I've got plenty of 205's and 225's laying around to throw on it but I'd really like to put my 31x10.5 MTR's on it ;D what type or size of lift should I use without any cutting to fit these? All of the sammi's at LMS are SPOA and cut up so I've got nothing to compare to :( ;D
Also tyre rub prob won't be an issue because I won't be wheeling it much if at all ;D
I'm stoked to be getting a sammi, but don't think for a second I've given up on IFS ;D ;D

SPOA will clear 31's fine.
If you keep the stock front bumper you can trim it a little. There is a seam in the fenderwell that you will need to massage with a hammer. No bid deal tho.
