Title: New Proyect Suzuki Sidekick 2,0 liter (Santiago de Chile)
Post by: Gino on September 19, 2006, 07:58:14 PM
Hello, my English is not very good, who can help me, I have a Suzuki Sidekick 2,0 liter, year 1997, 2 doors, and I have 2 questions.

 1. - I want to install the Calmini Kit of 3", ¿how is the stability of the car in the highway?¿is it reliable?.

  2. - ¿How can I improved the front differential that is of aluminum, and can be broken?  there is some reinforcement that can be bought.

Gracias.
Gino

i have the 3" calmini lift with 31" tires, and stock differentials. mine seems to be doing good, but ive only driven it a couple of times since i installed everything. as far as the differential, it should be fine like it is, but calmini has an anvil housing if you really want something stronger.

If you have Grand Vitaras in the wrecking yards, they have STEEL front componants. You can use them.

Many thanks for your answers.

That i really want to know about the front axle is how can I reinforce the aluminium housing, specially the third member cover, which have be broken two times.

If anybody can help me, and provide me pictures, I will be very grateful.  my mail is lbozzi|removethispart|@security.cl

And the other question, is about the driven experience when you install Calmini 3" lift kit. I need more tire clearence, but I dont want to suffer with a tough ride.
