Title: Electric rad fan always running

my grandpas 1997 trackers electric fan start to run right once you up the key in the ignition and will always run.  And his airconditioning is not working?  what could cause this to happen.  I'm asuming loose or not pluged in wires.

Posibly a sensor problem on the A/C system causing it to go into a 'safe' mode. Go to Autozone or some place that will scan your car for free and see what codes, if any are set.

my fan would not shut off when what the dealer called was the fan clutch, it was seized and the fan just never stoppped turning...  dunno if your problem could be this or not...

Mine is always turning slowly but that is because it is being turned by the air being pulled through the radiator by the main engine driven fan.  I don't think mine kicks in otherwise even though my AC works fine.  Maybe yours is doing that?
