I think that your bolts just got a little lose. Tighten them up again and your should be fine.  ;)

I thought of duct-tape and zip-ties but went this way instead:
(yes I managed to lose my driveshaft too, and I do mean lose as in can't find... ;D)

I hate to tell you this now, but there is a little drain plug you are suppose to remove to change your fluid. You dont have to crack ot open like an egg  ;D
