I have the same size tires by BFG which are about the same as yours.  I have 3.75 back space and they stick out about 2 inches.  So yours should stick out about 3.25 inches.  I like the way mine look, I bet you will like yours.  Only problem is more mud being thrown up when I hit the trails.  You should be concerned about rubbing though as mine barely clear the rear of the wheel well on full lock turns and yours will have a greater arc so they are more likely to rub significantly even with a lift.  I have an inch of lift on mine.

i also run 15x7 wheels with 3.75" back spacing, with 30x9.5 goodyear mt/r's. i just have some 2" coil spacers.  i dont find i rub at all, and the tires are pretty much flush with the fenders.  the 2.5" back spacing wheels should stick out a little bit more. and i would say that they would rub the rear of the front inside fender when turning. mine just barely clear.
here are some pics
I hope this helps

Mine has 15x7's with 3.5" backspacing, and mine seems to have more width than yours, are you sure your rims are that measurement?
Even my old rig with 15x7's 3.75" backspacing.

yes i am positive on the width and the offset. are you sure your rims arnt 15x8" or 2.5" offset??

that would make them stick out a little further.

Mine are and were 7" measure inside the lip where the bead sits, maybe I was supposed to measure outside edges, I thought they were measured inside.

ok. here is my bill of sale from when i bought them. it says right on it that they are 15x7, 5 on 5.5, it doesnt say the offset, but i know its 3.75". i had it measured before i put them on.
it moved the wheels out farther than the stock ones. it no longer rubs on the frame( i had 235/75x15 on stock wheels) and now i have 30x9.5x15 mt/r's

maybe  its just the way im taking the pictures or something. the tread is almost lined up with the rear fender, and the sidewall sticks out about 3/4"

i whited out some info, dont mind that.

I have 15x8 crawlers with 2.75" bs...

Yours won't stick out quite as far as mine.

These are 31x11.50 tires also..

SO, it will be about an inch or less narrower than this

Sorry I don't have any pics of mine but I can state that with 3.75 backspace mine just fit within the wheel wells.  If you go with 2.5 back  space I am poitive you will get rubbing even with 2 inches of lift.  If you go with a combo lift of say 4 inches you may be ok but I think enven then it will be close.  It is all about the size of the arc that is made by the wheel sticking out past the fulcrum of the wheel more with 2.5 backspace.  I would be prepared to have to do some wheel well cutting to fit 2.5 backspacing.  Mine stick out about like stock93tracker wheels but they look like Quaddawg's wheels.

Like I said, I have 2.5 or 2.75 bs (forgot which)  and they needed VERY little trimming in front, with a 2" lift....

Very little... a little bumper, and a little at the back of the fender, and this is with 11.5" wide tires, and a full inch wider wheel..

you can make them work, just get a sledge hammer, and get ready to trim a LITTLE...

it'll work..

don't get a body lift, they look SO FUNKY... so crappy.... to me, that is... I hate body lifts...
