So I have done some seaching in this forum on the stalling problem and I guess I don't understand a lot of the suggestions?
NOT all the time, but sometimes my 96 Tracker will stall out when the clutch pedel is pressed. It usually happens when I am stopping, or if I press the clutch in during normal driving and let the rpm's wind down...
I thought maybe the EGR valve was the reason, so I replaced it with a used one from Hawk Suzuki. I even made sure to clean the carbon buildup in the used one before I installed it.
Does anyone have any good suggestions as to where to look now? I have read so many suggestions and am not sure what to do? Also I am not getting any check engine lights so I imagine I do not need to check for any codes.
Oh yeh, I also replaced my spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, and even sea foamed it in hopes any of these might help...
Not sure if this info will help, but I usually only get about 21 miles a gallon and I am running 30x9.5 tires. Thought these Trackers got better MPG?
Any suggestions would be awesome!
Thanks!

My 95 had similar problem. I adjusted the Idle Air valve and its been fine since. My gas mileage was never that bad however. Here's a couple links with more info on the adjustment.

I adjusted mine too, following the same directions, mine doesn't stall now, and it hits 1500rpm for about a minute during warmup. It will still drop in rpm sometimes when I stop at a light, but it only drops to 600rpm, then it jumps back to normal 800rpm idle.
