Title: Transmission cooler in a Sidekick?
Post by: Zooki on November 08, 2006, 05:43:36 AM
Has anyone installed a trannie cooler on a Sidekick? If so, do you have pics of where you put it? I have a '97 'Kick Sport, and can seem to find where to fit a cooler in there. I have an electric fan behind the radiator, and the front is taken up by the A/C fan, so where to install one?

I have a 95 kick w/ ac and auto trans and the trans cooler is built into the lower half of the radiator.

They all have that but it is not really that much of a cooler.

I am putting an ARB style bar on mine and am looking at cutting some speed holes in the wings and putting it in one side on an angle with some mesh in front and an oil cooler on the other side. At least that is the plan at the moment but we'll see when I get to it  ::)
