Went out today with a couple friends to play in the snow.

Here's the quagmire that stuck me last time and became my Personal Pic <<<<

I made it right through, no problems today, even though it was much wetter and muddier than before... I even went back through it 3 times today!
The Cherokee in the group couldn't even get to the hole...

Here's the quagmire without anyone in it:

I tried to rescue some parts from the burned out Tracker:

We winched it over onto it's side, but the fire had been so intense that the rear housing was warped and the aluminum rims had melted around the lug nuts!

yo dig i deffinately HAVE to come with you soon after i get my tps replaced and my lcicky starter fixed

Looks chilly ;D
Aren't you glad ya didn't get stuck this time? ;D
Why do you think you made it through the hole this time? More speed? better line? being followed by a jeep? ;)
Too bad that Tracker was that toasted ya couldn't recycle it.

Since you are able to get to the burned tracker, see if the owner would like to get it out. He may appreciate that effort.
A small utility trailer would be enough. Use the winch with some wood planks and round wood timbers to roll it up onto the trailer.
BTW, cool pics. I need to get out of the -7 more to take some more pics.

bioniconion, replace the starter with a complete junkyard unit! I know Butchko's in connellsville will sell you one for $15 with the relay and give you a 30 day warranty... From the way you described what was going on with it in another thread, your starter sounds like it's going bad, not the clicky starter thing... and no, that's not Eric Koontz.
Hot Rod, Well, I beleive it was the line I took this time. Last time there was a little tree stump in the way that the sammys cleared but would hang me up. When I went around it, I got stuck. This time we took the stump off with a chainsaw so I could take the same line as the sammys and I would make the mud hole no problem. As a test I sent one of the sammys through my old line and he got swamped in the same exact way I had, but he was running lockers and was able to back out after a little back and forth rocking...
Jagular7, I don't have access to a trailer and the land owner for that particular stretch is the gas company as it's along a gas well access road. I contemplated trying to get it out of there, but than what do I do with it? Also there are a few other burned out vehicles nearby the Tracker that are considerably larger, a Ranger and an F-150 to name a couple... Not sure how I would get those out with my resources...

It was thought to keep access available. I'd watch the entrance to the property when you can for changes. Bad people will steal a vehicle, trash it, go for a joy ride, then fire it out to loose any leads of it. Once that area gets more and more used by the public, the company has no other choice but to post it private and gate it.

Not just that, it also shows that you guys care about where you are. A LOT of the PA people in my club help out |removethispart|@ Rausch Creek when they can. Good for the park, good for them! ;D
