Title: Front hubs (asins from 89'... will they work?)

Anyone know if there is a difference in the spline count of the axel shaft connecting to the front hub?

A guy I know is selling a set off an 89er and I want to slapem on, but not really sure if I want to drive a hundred miles to pick em up

All the outer shafts are 26 spline. It was only the early inner shafts that had 22 spline which doesn't affect you.
