Here are some really crappy sneak pics of my front bumper that was made by Clayton at Evolution Machine. I will post better ones in a couple of days when it is powder coated and the winch is mounted. You should see the kick ass mounts they made for this thing! Stay tuned...

Nice job!! Can't wait to see the high quality pictures to follow when you get it coated and mounted. How thick are the shackle tabs? What thickness of metal is used for the body of the bumper? Sorry for all of the questions but I'll be building some bumpers for mine in the some what near future. Can't wait.
p.s. I'm typing this from my parent's place outside Cardston, Alberta. Wish I was a little closer, I'd ask to come over and check them out. Keep up the good work!!

That looks really good, how much did the whole project run you?
cant wait to see it all done.

I'll post more detail next week when I get it back. I believe it is 3/16, but I'm not positive.
The shackle tabs are 1" and are part of the frame mounts.
As for the rear...it's comming. the steel is sitting in my garage, but it - 20c here right now, so I'd rather be indoors surfing the net! ;D
As far as cost goes...I was able to make a trade. I built a work bench for the owners garage and in turn, he made me the bumper.
