Title: kick rear axle in sami?

Anyone ever done this? I was thinking about linking the rear of my sami, and thought of a donor sidekick vehicle I may be able to strip a few parts off...a track/kick axle is wider, already set up for coils, might even be able to pull the mount for the links off the frame and modify it for the sami frame...any thoughts or am I just retarded for not wanting a toyota axle?
