Title: 1988.5 samurai brake problem
Post by: skeptik10182 on December 08, 2006, 09:25:12 AM
So my brke pedal goes all the way to the floor the first time that I press it but if I pump it just one time its fine.  I've replaced the master cylinder, power brake booster, and the rear shoes and it's still the same if anyone knows what it might be please let me know Because it's really driving me nuts!

just went through the same problem, but with an 87 sammy.  Samurais have a problem of trapping air in the break lines.  You can go with some speed bleeders.  Or go with what the shops say to do, and that is get a vacume bleeder.
well good luck hope that helps some what
