Title: torque specs for tie rod?

Just bought an 88 sami in need of some serious love. tie rod is about shot and i need the torque specs to do the job right. problem is i live in the usvi and still haven't recieved the manual i ordered. any help would be appreciated. any other tips or instruction on the tie rod replacement procedures would also be helpful. first one. thanks all
