Look for plastic polish stuff designed for cleaning plastic lenses on police light bars and plastic headlights. The best stuff I ever used was called "Worksite" and it's a plastic polish that removes the hazyness.

I have used (http://www.meguiars.com/estore/images/product_g123.gif)

Autozone has small packs in the headlight section of the store.

none of yous have had any problems with weather and these products?       i.e.-cracking of brittleness?
i say this cause i heard that if you put anything on you softtop the sun kills it and the winter destroys it and kills it a second time..    but if you say that it will be safe,, i believe you. ;D
