Title: Went out with some TSL's

but there were a couple people at our "floodway" which is basically a nice digout around our city to prevent
it's a huge ditch and was well filled with alot of snow/blowing snow

well
anyways, there is a group of Jeeps and half tons there
Mostly lifted skyjacker style at least 4" to 8"

so I asked politely if I could play with a couple rigs
They ranged in tire sizes and types from
33" to 37"

So I went wheeling for a bit and I found
In the deepest snow, nothing touches the Boggers period
the next would be the TSL Radials (very popular and the SSR series likewise)
Mud Terrains and the Cooper STT's performed adiquately but just not with the ease the interco's had

however when going on icy rocks, there was the differences...
the mud terrains had more smaller grooves which dug better than the larger lugs on any of the interco's
the SSR radials have a bit of siping, but they just did not make enough of a difference

The Samurai's were a group we have here and they run 32" Baja claw's and they had basically no problems through anythihng, but then again those are very light vehicals

I was about 80% convinced before I went to the floodway to order some of those TSL radial 31 x 9.5's but now i'm not so sure as I still do probably about 70% on road driving and we have nothing but ice here in Canada highways/roads

however, I could always sipe them right?

I'm interested in opinions here too,  I cant becide between 34 x 10.5 LTB or 33 x 13.5 claws.  I live in Michigan and see it all, snow, ice, mud, sand, and a little rock.

i still like my claws,imy friend and i both have sammys ,he has 33"x12-14? swampers i have 31x10.5 clawsand ive always ben able to go annywear he goes and then some, they wrap around stuff and the swampers dont.
