Well, So for I have 300miles on my awd SX.
Fun lil booger to drive.
The AWD is nice, No wheel spin on gravel or wet grounds with medium take offs.
rear wiper washer just runs, no spray.
Radio controls on steering wheel is nice.
But don't drive with your left knee, radio changes stations.
Seats are nice and deep, fabric feels funky tho.
Rear center shoulder belt is annoying in rear view mirror.
Does the milage get any better?
For being Smaller and stocker than my 4dr kick,
the best I've gotten is 23mpg.
Does it need more time to break in?
So far I like it, it's no lifted SideKick.
Which means no driving over curbs when parking.

I hear ya on the rear window washer. Our Durango that we had did the same thing, though. Just ran. I'm happy to have one at all.
With my older SX, I've got that ... black plush fabric that all hair sticks to. They are comfy, though. They come far enough under the thighs for Nate, too.
Sometimes I wish I had gotten the newer model, like an 06, because of the analog gauges (rather than my 80's delorean style digital dash), the different seat fabric and the 2.3L. But sometimes I like mine.
I think you may need more time to break in. I've heard of better gas mileage from the 2.3L than that. You won't ever get as good as the 2.0L - especially with AWD, but you should get a bit better. Is that 23mpg on the freeway too?
These cars ARE lowriders! Watch the curbs when turning corners too!

I gotta find a lift kit.
Already forgot what I was driving and did a U-turn.
Lil bit off-Road
The milage is average.
half on and off freeway, easy driving
i was hoping it would get better milage than my 4dr Kick :-\
But it's fun to drive an auto with almost everything on it.

Driving the same route everyday I have done with
my 4dr kick which averaged 26mpg.
I'm getting 22mpg ???
The Aerio now has 2000 miles on it.
Not broken in yet?
Or was getting an Automatic with AWD a VERY poor choice?
