Title: Biggest tyre for vitara 98

Hi, I have a 98 vitara (sidekick) with 1.6l 16v engine and dual fuel system (gasoline and LPG). I have installed 3 inch suspension lift and now it is time to fit bigger tyres. I do not have problem with trimming. My question is that; will I have a lot loss of power when I fit 31x10.5 maxxis mudder buckshot? Because I do not want to loose the high way speed performance.
I will be very happy if you share your experiences.

Is yours a 5spd or automatic?

I have 5spd and 31"s on a 97 Kick
It's not too bad, Just a wee bit of power lose but hardly noticable.

My tranny is 5spd manual. So I think I can fit 31s with stock transfer case, ring and pinion with a little loss of torque and power.
