Title: Whistling sound from my steering wheel?

So unfortunately I installed the 2.5 Calmini kit on my 2000 GrandV and since I did the lift and got some bigger tires I have noticed this odd whistling noise from my steering wheel when parking etc. Am I losing or it or can anyone offer me any suggestions. Thanks for the help.

It could be the shaft is rubbing on some rubber gland and needs a bit of silicone lubricant.
