Howdy all, Just wondering if anyone is looking to buy a 2.5 Calmini kit. I have it installed on my 2000GV and I am considering making a change back to stock. I have had it in for less than a year. Minimal wheeling on it. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.
-
Why are you going back to stock? Dave ???
-
Just not stoked on the quality of the kit or the service from Calmini. The whole situation has turned me off of wheeling honestly for the most part. It is a frustrating situation. Trust me I want nothing more than to enjoy the truck which is why I bought it. My bro has the same truck with the same kit and his is fine. I must have gotten shipped a crap run of springs and struts cause it sure isn't the same as his. I have tried everything short of finding some hack solution. That's not how I roll.

Hey guys, just out of town for the weekend and will be back at home tomorrow. I have just been doing some reading and have some found some tips that may help with my situation. I still have to figure out a fair price for the kit. Any ideas? I am on the west coast of Canada so I would have to investigate shipping prices to the states.

Im in canada so it would work well for me as we wouldnt need to worrie about duty or anything

pm'd you.

Don't give up yet... Mine is starting to work out. So far the rear solution is a lighter valved shock, for my setup. I'm gonna work on the front again this wekend and will let you know how it goes.

Hey guys, After some consideration I would be hoping to get $1000 for my full Calmini lift kit. I am not sure if that is what you were thinking but that is what will make it worth my while to yank it out. That or I am trading the whole thing in. Let me know what you think.
-
the kits only run roughly 100 - 200 more new. with struts that are not f'd as you describe in your another thread. i'd consider 800bucks if you change your mind.

I paid 1400 from North Shore Offroad out here in BC. I also have the Spidertrax Wheel spacers for it. Meet in the middle and call it 900? Let me know what you think about that.
-
that changes things a bit, let me think about this over the weekend, cheers - B
