Title: Magentic Oil Drain Plug
Post by: Maiden Hell on December 31, 2004, 04:40:30 AM
This is on Ebay... I wonder if it really works?  Do you think there would be any added benefit to having this thing installed?  The price is right...might just try it out and see.

I have one in all my cars. You can get them at most parts stores for about .99cents. I have never seen any peices of metal on any of mine before. So do they work? Maybe. I think its more cheap insurance than anything else. I gave one to Eric once and it actully came apart on him. I have never had that happen before but?

Shipping seems fine by me.  Most carriers have a minimum shipping cost at $5 or $6.

Zukis do have magnitic drain plugs on the diff, trannie, and t-case. I haven't noticied that the oil plug is or isn't.
if it does, I'm running pretty good. ;D
