I much prefer the 4 door.  But for serious crawlers, I can see why they would want the 2 door.

Looks like the 2 door Rav4 Toyota makes. I like it though

We have them in Australia as well.
They are generally under powered (1.6l engine) and don't have much room.
They also lack low range.
