You have to cut the  U-bolt guide off the top of the axle then weld on the spring perchs.

Im not sure if there are any kits that dont require you to weld on your spring perch.
I think someone sells a non weld on spring perch, but im not 100% about that.  I cant remember where i saw it, but they were a bolt on style.  Not sure how strong it is.
If it were me i would go for the weld on ones.

How come you dont want to weld anything?
I think most of the vendors selling spoa kits sell them with EZ weld spring perchs.  Its a no brain thing, you set them on, line them up and weld them.
If you dont have a welder you can take it to tons of differnt shops and they would do it for pretty cheap.

calmini sells a fully bolt on kit. its sold 3 differrent ways.  if you like the way it
rides and sits you can weld it if you want. they'll stand behid there kit if you have a
problem. take a look at it and aee if thats wha you want. this s the only bolt-on kit
that I know of.
