Maybe you left your screw driver under the valve cover?

You might have incorrectly adjusted a valve, causing it to tick.

are you sure its not your fuel injector?

How can you determin if its an injector?  mine only ticks in the mid RPM range      nothing at low rpm and it goes away at high rpm

is there anyways to get new injectors to get rid of it ?

or is it just something that happens with these vehicles?

Don' know much about zooks yet but typically a noise like that is a valve or lifter.
