Title: 99 GV manual - Hard to select 1st and 2nd gear .....

Lately it is very hard to get the truck into 1st or 2nd gear.  Reverse grinds but will engage OK.  3rd 4th and 5th work OK.   Is there a way to adjust the clutch?  Any other fixes or ideas?
