Title: 6.4:1 with 4.10
Post by: Amilla on March 18, 2007, 11:07:46 PM
Does anyone know what the tire size you can run on a sammi, with Toyota axles and 4.10's and the sammi T-case geared with the 6.4 kit.

Thanks

The 6.4 are normally designed to run 33" tires with the stock 3.89 gear ratio.  With the 4.10 gears you should be able to run either 33 or 35 without a problem.  With the toy axles you could probably run 37s without breaking anything, but you would probably be a bit slow on the road.  :)

Thats about what i thought it would be able to handle gear wise.

Ya the toyota axle shafts can handle about a 37, and thats where it starts to get a bit weak haha.

Thanks for the info
