ALRIGHT I HAVE A QUESTION ON SOME DROP LINK SHACKLES.. WILL THEY GIVE ME ANY EXTRA LIFT

yes, but the amount of lift depends on the length of the shackles

Because you're only lowering one end of the spring you only get half the lift. ie a shackle that is 2" longer gives 1" of lift.
Some people don't like the effect that extended shackles have on steering and road manners.
