Title: Are Sammy's B pillars meant to be removed?

I've seen a few pics of Sammy's without the stock B pillar and targa hoop.  Does that part bolt off or have those been cut off by the owner?

it is a bolt on targa. No cutting necessary. I take mine off and put it back on when I need the full top.
