Is it possible to put a 90 t-case on a 87 Sammy?

Yes  the flanges will be larger and you will have to redrill the holes for your drive shaft flange into the case flange by rotating 90 deg,.

Do I have to redrill every flange coming off the t-case flange?

Now is a prime time to put them YOTA axles under it!You can use the YOTA drive shafts modified to length(bolt pattern should match)stock 4:11 gear, bigger axles. You can even put disk brakes on the rear easily!Whats not to like, but wait a minute that leads to bigger rubber, lockers, beadlocks, etc, etc. It never ends but its fun, eats up all your spare change, increases your colorful vocabulary, and on some occasions when that tool slips draws blood ! ;D M.Z.

I tend to stay pure with my zuk which means no toying around.  Any way I just need to get thru the winter.  Modding isn't an option.  When I get back from Korea I will get a Kick or Tracker and go nuts.  A whole year w/o zuki, bummer.
