Title: OME Spring rates and Install issues?

Howdy, I have an 04 GV and I had the bad experience of owning a 2000 GV with the Calmini kit. I have since sold it due to how bad the service was with Calmini and how crap the products were. My new 04 is awesome but the stock suspension is just not stiff enough to carry any kind of load into the bush. I am looking at the OME lift or the RRO kit. Big question though is the spring rate:

Will the mediums be good all the way around for just ripping into the bush fully loaded to camp i.e. both rear seats down and a roof rack?

What kind of install issues has there been?

call arb and they can give you some decent advice on the ome springs.
