O.K I was doing a search and found out some "red-neck" math, and according to this "math"
if I had 32' inch tires, 4.89 t-case gears, .975 tranny gear, and 3.727 (3.73 I guess) diff. gears, I would need to get up to 12,137.something RPM's to get to 65 MPH!!!!! now I know for fact that math is not my greatest strength, but am I really this bad??? Pease help me, I'm going crazy.
I'm basically going to get 32x9.5 inch tires, and I want to go 65-75 MPH on the highway, what do I need (gearing wise) to do that?? I have a 1.3 stock engine in my 88.5 sammy. and stock everything else (for now >:D )

i dont know what your doing wrong but for the sake of Zuki's dont try to get 12,000 RPM's i think that would have to be a world record if you didnt blow your motor.
i hope you do know im just kidding

4.89 is you r low range. Do the math again using the high range ratio of your t-case gear.
-
now what do you get?

4.62's and stock transfercase with 32's I could do 70 with ease at 4k rpms or a little above.
hope this helps.

try 1.8 for your transfer case high range.

Go to Acks' FAQ (the link is in my signature) and play with the gear calculator. It has all the popular SJ-413 t-case gear combinations along with samurai/trackkick R&P combinations plus popular toyota 4x4 truck R&P combinations.
The calculator will also give you groundspeed based on optional engine speed and tire size inputs.
Hope this helps!

Sorry I havn't answered guys, just had 3 18 hour work days :( Anyways, yeah u guys are right, if i do hit 12,000 revs, the zuks power plant will litteraly become a nuclear reactor ;D so trust me when i say, its not gonna happen. And the pointers, amazing, i was dump enough to use my low gears (the more u guys get to know me, the less you'll be suprised about stuff like this :P ) The 1.8 t-case ration did the trick. now I'm getting about 4200 rpm's
once again, you guys have not only saved my new engine, but also my ego. thanks a ton
And Mr. bashzuk, thats a very nice "toy" you have there
