Title: Crankshaft question!?

Do all the 1.6lt engines (8v and 16v) share the same crankshaft?  ???

I need a crank for my new rig and was hoping it would be easy to get just any crank as apposed to looking for one specific to a 16v.

I think the 16 valve is double weighted for high rpm's but the 8 valve might work?
