Hi, here is a shot of my 1999 Tracker. I had the front bumper custome built.
It's your standard 2" body lift with 1.75" coil spacers. OME fronts with Rancho 5000 in rear. The tires are 31/10.5/15 Pro comp muds on 7" rims. truck is running great.
Next up is sidekick gears, rear locker and rock rails. Then I'm done...maybe.

Truck looks great, I just picked up an 01 but it will stay more tame I think ::)

Funny thing, thats what I said when I picked mine up.

Don't they all start that way?
;) ;D

I have this to play with so I should be able to keep the new one nice ;D
-
I like it , it looks great. I will be doing the same in lift and I like the way it looks. Who made the bumper, I m looking for one

The bumper was made by a buddy. I wasn't able to find anything online pre made that was decent.

Out of curiosity...
I'm running 245/75/16's with pretty much the same lift as you, but on the stocker rims
You running 31 x 10.5's... how bad do you get rub on full lock? Or did you somehow manage to add some width to your front end?
I'm contemplaiting getting some cookie cutter tires 235/85/16's but getting a set of 1" or 1.5" wheel spacers for the front
-
get the cookie cutters! mine work great! i don't think you'd need to go wider then 1inch if you are only planning on putting the spacers on the front. i've never actually checked how much width i lost when lifting but i wouldn't think more than 2inches. my 31x9.5 tsl's rub hard at full lock, i'm glad the tires aren't any wider! btw - i have no spacers, any larger diameter tire and i would probably buy some because the turning radius would be getting bad.

I'm running 31x10.5/15 on 7" rims. I belive the offset is 3.75. I also put the quarter inch wheel spacers on. At full lock I get minor rubbing but it doesn't affect the drive. apart from that they are great. With my wheels I had to instal the wheel spacer in order for the brake calipers ot work properly.
They are the black rock crawler rims. 7x15 got them from www.4wheelparts.com
You should be able to find all the back spaceing and other info on thier website.

Where did you get the 1/4" spacers and how much are they? I need a set to mount up the mags I want to put on my 01 to clear the calipers.
Thanks
-
i recall somebody mentioning those 1/4 spacers being available on ebay in the past.
-
Yes I got them on ebay. $20 for two.
-
Any chance of a larger pic.
I am trying to come up with a design for my bumper and that looks sweet. ;D
Thanks

order the 2" RRO BL
Instead of getting new rims, of which the most backspacing I can find in Canada as being 3.75"
I'll order 1" wheel spacers for the front so it will give me back the width that I lost from the almost 2" front suspension lift with the stock A arms
I'll keep the 16" Rims from the Vitara I'm using and get the tall skinnies 235/75/16s on BFG all terrain
UNLESS someone can find me a good set of AT's in that size which aren't a freaking E ply
I'd be happy with C
