between hd ome front coils for a trackkick or a gv medium duty which will give a better lift and how much lift will it provide......inteding on using it for a tracker

2-door or 4-door.  What bumper and winch will you have?

Weight makes all the difference.

2 door and wont b addin a bumper but the winch will b mounted in the bed(converted back of tracker to a bed. so i want about a 2inch lift and dont know if i want hd tracker or md gv coils ..in a bit of a bind

i believe the tracker coils are 30mm shorter than the gv coils from ome, check the arb site - you should find the info there.

The GV coils will be too much on a 2-door with no additional front weight.

You could do the 4-door coils, light or heavy, but without any weight, it's hard to say how much lift you'll get.  Probably somewhere between 2 and 3".  3" of springs with no other changes isn't such a great idea.

Here's a link to the part options off ARB's site, but since you'll be mixing and matching, the heights will definitely be different.
